Sharmila is an Associate in our Real Estate & Conveyancing practice. She joined the firm in year 2020 and is an Attorney-at-Law.

Her direct area of expertise pertains to advising on immoveable properties, and condominium projects in particular. She drafts all the necessary documentation, provides practical insights, and has experience drafting and attesting various notarial agreements and documents including leases, last wills, testaments, and trusts including sale and purchase agreements.

She further has experience advising on BOI agreements, company incorporations, and assisting in company secretarial work.

Sharmila was previously attached to a reputed local law firm. Prior to that she worked for an investment company where she advised on strategy, project management, and was responsible for the secretarial functions of the company.
