Current Practice

Her practice encompasses a wide range of matters involving both movable and immovable property. She is proficient in the review, drafting and preparation of documentation relating to property transactions and regularly assists clients with the legal and procedural aspects of such transactions.

Manjula is experienced in conducting examinations of title, preparing title reports, and identifying and addressing issues affecting ownership and transfer of property. She also drafts and attests a variety of agreements, deeds and other notarial instruments required in connection with property transactions.

Drawing on her notarial and conveyancing experience, Manjula provides practical assistance throughout the transaction process, ensuring that relevant documentation is accurately prepared and executed in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Her work supports clients in efficiently managing a broad range of real estate and conveyancing matters.
