Gowmica has experience in drafting a range of title reports, title due diligence, deeds of transfer, condominium declarations, lease and tenancy agreements and tripartite agreements. Her involvement further extends to advising clients on mortgages, with particular focus on overdrafts and loans, commercial and housing matters, mortgage agreements, concurrent mortgages, corporate and other mortgage bonds, guarantees and indemnities. She is currently involved in large-scale construction projects and regularly advises local and foreign developers and buyers on the legal aspects and practicalities of residential, commercial and mixed development projects.

She also handled a wide range of litigation matters and actively advised clients in relation to divorce, separation, maintenance and custody related matters, succession and inheritance planning, and testamentary matters, including execution of wills.
