Trehani Wickramaratne is a Senior Associate in our Intellectual Property practice. An Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka, she joined the Firm in 2010.

Current Practice

Trehani has extensive experience in IP matters with a particular focus on trademarks. Trehani regularly advises both domestic and international clients on registration, prosecution and renewal of IP rights.

She is also further involved in matters such as designs, franchising, licensing, IP transactions, IP portfolio management and enforcement of IP rights through litigation.

Other Relevant Experience

Trehani represents the Firm at local and international IP forums including those organized by the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA) and International Trademark Association (INTA).
