Current Practice

Swathi is actively involved in a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, investments and general corporate advisory work. Her practice includes assisting with legal due diligence, transaction structuring, drafting and reviewing corporate and commercial documentation, and supporting clients through the various stages of transactional matters. She also advises on company secretarial matters, including corporate governance, statutory filings, maintenance of corporate records and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

In addition, Swathi assists with arbitration and dispute-related matters, including legal research, preparation of submissions and review of supporting documentation. Her practice combines transactional, regulatory and contentious work, enabling her to provide practical support across a diverse range of corporate and commercial matters and client requirements.
