Lasika Imbulagoda is an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka and a Notary Public. She joined Varners in 2025, and is currently serves as an Associate in the firm’s Corporate and Commercial and Real Estate and Conveyancing practices.

Current Practice

Lasika is involved in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on company secretarial and corporate compliance work. Her practice includes assisting with company incorporations, statutory filings, maintenance of corporate records, preparation of board and shareholder resolutions, regulatory compliance, and the drafting and review of corporate and commercial documentation. She also undertakes legal research and supports the team on litigation and other advisory matters.

In addition, Lasika has experience in Real Estate and Conveyancing practice, including the drafting, review and execution of deeds, agreements and other property-related instruments. Her work encompasses corporate advisory, regulatory compliance, transactional documentation, property matters and general legal support across a diverse range of client requirements.
