Aaysha Hassen is Attorney-at-Law and an Associate in our Corporate and Commercial Practices. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) program from the University of London and has completed the certificate level in Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). She also serves as a lecturer at a leading accountancy institute, where she teaches Corporate and Business Law under the ACCA program. Prior to her tenure at Varners, she worked in an Australian Finance Company, specialising in finance consultancy.

She is experienced in a wide range of Corporate and Commercial matters, including conducting due diligence reporting for target companies, company secretarial matters, drafting documents and agreements for commercial transactions, and conveyancing matters.
