Vasana is an Associate in our Corporate & Commercial and Labour & Employment practices. Vasana joined the Firm in 2016 and is an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka.

She has experience in drafting a range of corporate & commercial agreements including Shareholder Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Service Agreements, Consultation Agreements, Supplier Agreements and Retail Purchase Agreements.

Her experience further extends to performing due diligence exercises on target companies in mergers & acquisitions; and the full range of Corporate Secretarial services for both listed and non-listed entities.

In our Labour & Employment practice Vasana drafts employee handbooks, policies, employment contracts and is involved in advisory matters. She also regularly appears before the Labour Commissioner and Labour Tribunals in respect of contested labour matters.
